Happy Summer and Happy Birthday to my fellow August babies out there. I love this month and time of year. This month marks the start of a new year for me more so than any other. As I take a break I wanted to just remind you all that it’s okay to sit in quiet. It’s okay to take an inventory and to be present versus racing to what’s next. Try it out, turn off the social media, remove the mindless distractions and be in the here and now.
